Continental Heavy Civil Corp (CHC) is a Heavy Civil and Marine Contractor with offices in Miami, Jacksonville, Savannah and Puerto Rico. We utilize the diverse experience of our management team to collaborate and deliver the highest quality projects to our clients. We offer our clients and partners innovative approaches and aggressive safety standards to successfully complete complex projects through the Southeastern United States and the Caribbean.
David Juelle, President
David Juelle serves as President of CHC and is responsible for overseeing the operations of the company. David has over 22 years experience in heavy civil construction projects with a specialization in bridge and marine construction. He has applied his extensive experience to some of the most logistically challenging marine construction projects. His project responsibilities for CHC include the initial project estimating, finalizing with engineers on any design build elements and execution of the project.
Ricardo Villet, Vice President of Operations
Ricardo Villet serves as Vice President and Project Manager for CHC and is responsible for scheduling, quality control, production, coordination of material deliveries with construction sequences and project estimating. Ricardo is a certified General Contractor in the state of Florida and is a qualifying agent for CHC. He has served as project manager on multiple public works projects and specializes in implementing and managing the US Army Corps of Engineers quality control and safety plans.
Mark Zanardi, Vice President of Finance
Mark Zanardi serves as Vice President and Financially Responsible Officer for CHC and is responsible for all company accounting and finance functions. Mark's specializations include project forecasting and reporting; cost and purchasing controls; contract and insurance requirements. He is a member in good standing of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and holds a CPA, CMA accounting designation.
Ryan Purvis, Vice President of Engineering
Ryan Purvis serves as Vice President of Engineering and the Head of the Savannah office for CHC where he oversees all engineering tasks and operations. In addition, his responsibilities include supporting project related tasks, business development, sales, marketing and establishing best practice guidelines within CHC. Ryan has over 10 years of experience in consulting engineering and construction within the Ports and Maritime industries throughout the United States and the Caribbean. This comprehensive experience includes close coordination and project management in conjunction with many local, state and federal agencies. Additionally, he holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states.
